Event - Camp out at Mermet this fall.
Discussed an U/W Poker run at Pennyroyal. More to follow
Safety - No Update.
Membership - 26 paid Club members to date.
Dennis to discuss with Aquatech about air fill for
Family Memberships.
Committee Chairperson We now have filled the Committee Chairperson position!
Welcome to Jim Hall! Jim is an avid diver, and will be
a great benefit to our club. Once again, thanks Jim
for taking this position! Members present voted Mr.
Hall in. Complete!
Financial Report Current Status: $388.83
Bank Account: Jason Massy and Steve Owens have scheduled time to go to a local
bank and set up a club account. On going
Not for Profit vs. Unincorporated Association No update, but will pursue after setting up a bank account. On going
Poster Status Dennis Talbott to schedule get together at his house to get some ideas for verbiage and layout of poster within the next two weeks On going
Signs By Design as B.P. More follow-up needed from Steve Owens Not Complete
Public Relations / Club Events Investigate getting our meetings, MAG's, and
events in any of the Events Calendars in the local papers. Tammy
found contact, need update as to if any events have been published to
them (Evansville Courier & Press) No report

Discussed making ‘join information’ link more visible on web page
Discussed Rena Schleter’s excellent embroidery she did for our
shirts, it was decided, at this time, that the club would not ‘sell’
these shirts but Rena is welcome to make them for who ever pays her
to make them. On going
